This policy describes how we process personal data of users of the EuroBasket SummerLeague application, as part of the EuroBasket Summer Program.

1. Data we may collect

Identity and account: name, email address, user identifier, and credentials required for access (as configured by the platform administrator).
Participation data: group membership, schedules, and activities related to the program, and administrative states relevant to running the event (e.g. completed participation, as defined in the app).
Technical data: information automatically processed by hosting services (e.g. Firebase), such as technical identifiers needed for secure operation of the app.

To authenticate users and provide access to app features.
To manage groups, schedules, and operational information for the sports program.
To comply with applicable legal obligations and maintain service security.

We keep data for as long as needed to run the program and meet legal requirements. When a group or participation is no longer active in the system, information may be updated or removed according to administrator rules and applicable law.

If the app is directed at minors, the data controller must obtain parental consent where required by law and comply with app store rules (including specific requirements for audiences under 13, where applicable).
